My view for the next two weeks (to Oct 25, 2026): Bitcoin stays inside a range of roughly $80,000 to $87,000 unless it closes outside it. Price is near $83,000 now.
WHY I EXPECT A RANGE
– BTC moved between about $80,400 and $86,900 this week and has failed to hold above $87,000.
– Price is sitting near a major moving average (the 200 EMA, just below $83,700), where buyers and sellers usually fight before one side wins.
– The macro picture is mixed: rising Treasury yields and talk of tighter Fed policy weigh on risk assets, while Bitcoin ETF flows have been two-way (outflows early in the week, inflows returning later).
BASE CASE: RANGE
Price keeps moving between $80,000 and $87,000. Most likely behavior: bounces from the $80,000 to $82,300 area and rejections near $85,600 to $87,000.
BULLISH TRIGGER
A daily close above $87,000. If that happens, $90,000 becomes the next area to watch. Early signs would be daily closes above $83,700 and then $85,600.
BEARISH TRIGGER
A daily close below $80,000. If that happens, the next area to watch is $76,500 to $78,000, and risk is higher below $75,000.
WHAT WOULD PROVE THIS VIEW WRONG
A daily close outside the $80,000 to $87,000 range. At that point the range view is no longer valid and I would update it.
WHAT TO DO WITH THIS
– Wait for daily closes, not wicks.
– Keep position size small while price is inside the range.
– Always use a stop loss and avoid heavy leverage. Recent liquidations show how fast leveraged trades can go wrong.

This is my view, not a certainty. Nobody knows where price will go. Not financial advice. Only use money you can afford to lose.
